This was the second Erma Bombeck book I read. I was a kid, it was my Mom's, but I loved it then and even more now! Erma was truly gifted!

This book tells of everyday life that many parents stress out about but it presents it in a way where people will laugh about it, maybe not while it's going on but certainly afterwards. There's a recent series of books that are similar but they deal more with the interactions of people and wild animals, are funny yet very accurate, called Wonderful Stories from Skog Forest.

I laughed the whole way throught this book. What a hoot! Wisdom disguised as humor--does it get any better than this?
