A cooking enthusiast who has lived in France may sometimes return to their native land disappointed about their country's interpretation of French food. This book will remedy that. Not only did I find the recipes of some of my most cherished French favorites, I found recipes for French elements that you cannot buy premade in the store like you can in France. This book keeps my cooking true to the taste of France with it's comprehensive and authentic context.
