Americans are over-regulated and over-taxed. When regulation escalates, the result is an increase in regulators. In other words, bigger government is required to enforce the greater degree of regulation. Bigger government means bigger budgets and higher taxes. "More" simply doesn't mean "better." In The Greatest Hoax, Senator James Inhofe will reveal the reasons behind those perpetuating the Hoax of global warming, who is benefitting from the general acceptance of the Hoax and why the premise statements are blatantly and categorically false.

Good insight into a delusional senator

Inhofe is amazingly able to thread together paranoid delusions into a fairly consistent story. It's scary to think he is a senator! This is a good read for those wishing insights into the mind of a delusional near psychopath. But if your not into the study of pathology you will just find a long boring list of idiotic and false statements.

    The Greatest Hoax

I was intrigued by the negative reviews and wondered if they were written by people who still believe in anthropogenic climate change. The book chronicles the Senator’s efforts from his point of view and one may not enjoy that perspective, but I enjoyed reading it. It answered lots of questions and made some connections that had not occurred to me. I always wondered why proponents of climate change are primarily liberals while most skeptics are conservatives. This book sheds some light on why the argument over climate change shakes out over political philosophy. You might not like this book if you are a believer in anthropogenic climate, but if you are skeptical or undecided this is a worthwhile book.

    An Ignorant Anti-Science Screed

The senator's deliberate attempt to misinform the public is instructional if only to reveal how oil-funded legislators have successfully blocked all hope for a common sense climate bill.

    Counter-propaganda?

Strong on how science has been slanted and oversold; not so strong on what the real science shows, or what it means for voters and policy-makers.

    Great must-read book!

This book was outstanding and very informative. Everyone needs to read it to find out how much the MSM (mainstream media) deceives, or doesn't even report, the truth about the so-called climate "experts" and "scientists" and the global warming and climate change "facts". Senator Inhofe and his team did thorough researching, and he has tirelessly rebutted environmental bills, environmental lies and just plain standing up to that monolithic power structure!

The book points out the problem with the faith based believers in "man made climate change". In the process it fails to explain why it is getting hotter. He could have added a chapter explaining we started coming out of the last glaciation period about ten thousand years ago. We are not out of it yet. It will get a lot warmer before the pendulum swings back to becoming cooler. Books like this runs the risk of helping the faith based believers in "man made climate change", when it debunks them, and fails to explain why it is getting warmer.

This is an excellent book. Sen. Inhofe deserves a medal for almost single-handedly going toe to toe with the likes of Barbara Boxer and Al Gore: these people should be deported. They are out to destroy the free-market and transform America into a third-world toilet. The scandal known as Climategate not only proves that many of the so-called scientists involved in this massive hoax are guilty of manipulating the data and should have been removed from their posts; but their subsequent exculpation from various inquiry panels just shows that much of the scientific community is caught up in this widespread corruption. God help us all!

    A must read!

For anyone who isn't already aware of the "dirty" game played by many global warming scientists cooking the books, the Inhofe book is essential reading to bring one up to minimal speed.
At the same time it demonstrates that there still are a few honorable, real American politicians who find the time to help save our Republic from self-destruction.
Senator Inhofe deserves our gratitude for rendering our USA this service. Heed his recommendations.

What a delusional person. It is scary that a man like that was apart of our government. Climate change is not a hoax...there is scientific evidence. What an utter moron of a human being. WND Books, poor choice on even allowing this to be published. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Wow...It's amazing how ignorant some people can be. Its great to read if you want to be totally frustrated and Imhofe wanted to use a science fiction book as a manual for environmental regualtion and public policy. The benefit for individuals like Imhofe is that he has made the science of climate change even stronger.

Greatly informative and coming from a man who has really done his homework. Those who criticize the author, whether it be for his political standing or his moral standing should perhaps take a look at themselves, or actually check in to his backround.
