A wonderful book, packed full of powerful yet simple advice on how to make the best food choices for oneself and the planet. It is also extremely easy to read, with lots of short sections, lists, and text boxes. The best thing about this book, and what makes it unique, is that it gives readers a wide variety of options to choose from so they can make their food choices earth-friendly. The focus of the book is on the good news--on solutions that are already well established. Highly recommended.
