A MUST in the grieving process

My mom passed away 7 years ago and I will be forever grateful that I had this book to help me deal with the pain and adjustment that come after. I recommend it to all of my friends on the loss of people who are close (parents, spouse, people who own a piece of your heart). It was a great comfort to me to know my feelings were "normal". I highly recommend it.

    A Must Read!

I bought this book for my mother and before giving it to her, I read it myself. This book is absolutely wonderful. It talks about actual feelings that a grieving person feels. It's extraordinary. I gave it to my mother who read the entire book immediately. She said the book was great and 'every thing the author was feeling she was feeling too'.
