    Great Book and it really works!

    We followed this plan for 21 days. My husband lost 21 pounds and I lost 15. We have never felt this great or this healthy. I haven't had a single stomach ache in the entire 3 weeks and I haven't felt bloated and tired which is pretty much a miracle. This book is so informative and truly life changing. Ann Gittleman has written a fantastic plan for any person with gut issues. Highly recommended.
