    Truly a bible

This book was recommended to me a a well known hair stylist. I have been following little steps for about a month know and I have seen huge improvements.

I have been coloring, bleaching and everything else you could think of that it is bad for your hair since I was 16 years old.

Kingsley teaches you how to identify your hair type, give you recipes for pre-shampoo and/or post-shampoo treatments for your specific hair type which your can make with ingredients that are already in your kitchen. You will also learn that the way you have been shampoo-ing for years is wrong on so many levels.

He also tells you what it is good and bad for your hair including diet, combing vs. brushing, pins vs. scrunchy and the question that I have been dealing with for years: expensive vs. cheap... is there really a difference? We all need to know what is really in your hair products.

I really enjoyed this book and hope to keep it with me for years to come... Truly helpful. My hair is stronger and very defined, they always I always wanted it... Thank you Kingsley.
