The Happiness Path: Your Mind is Your Paint Brush

You'll love this book if you truly want to be consciously happy. Yes, that means your relationships are kind, beneficial, and truthful; prosperity flows into your life; those opportunities you long for appear; your health is at its best; and you're on your life path.
You'll also love this book if you know in your heart that you can create your best future, but feel like you're missing the exact know-how and understanding.
The Happiness Path explains the basic quantum physics of how your thoughts and intentions transform energy into experiences and things, whether you're paying attention or not. And it illustrates how your emotions, ego, subconscious mind and imagination function as a team to influence the life experiences your energy has created so far, as well as those in your future.
Armed with this new knowledge, The Happiness Path guides you in retooling future experiences so you end up genuinely happy, rather than kind of happy, or not at all. Plus, you'll finally have a way to dissipate painful emotions, rather than struggling to ignore them or trying to just let them go (which really doesn't work!). Your uncomfortable emotions are huge gifts that shouldn't be ignored, dismissed, or misunderstood. They help you understand what you need to be happy.
This book is also for you if you've had varying success with praying, saying affirmations, and visualizing, because it shows you an important step you probably didn't know about, and that you'll want to include in your practice so you see the changes you've been working toward.
The Dalai Lama said, "The purpose of our lives is to be happy." If you agree, even partially, you'll love this book's benefits. That's because it'll help you discover what makes you happy, and show you how to create it. You'll even learn to create good for your friends and family, because it's hard to be happy when they are not.
The Happiness Path is an update of Joanne Rodasta's Take a Moment and Create Your Life! (1997). Since then, she has constantly tested the concepts in both books in order to provide you the most elegant practice to follow to create experiences that leave you feeling happy. Also available is Joanne Rodasta Wilshin's The Happiness Path Group Guide if you want to start a group to support your practice. (Suggested!)
