The Hate Crime: A Damien Harrington Legal Thriller 4
A shocking murder. A defendant with a dark past. A truth that will change everything.

Previous client Heather Morrison is back in defense attorney Damien’s office, tasking him with a complex case: her boyfriend, Beck Harrison, has been charged with a murderous hate crime. Accused of killing a transgender woman, Beck insists he’s innocent. However, after his dark history with the Aryan Brotherhood comes to light, Damien’s far from convinced.

Simultaneously, Damien represents an underprivileged youth facing drug distribution charges, and, recognizing the similarities between his client’s struggles and his own past, Damien is determined to help her navigate the legal system and avoid the pitfalls he once faced.

As the murder investigation unfolds, the victim's past takes center stage and Damien edges closer to the truth. But with a surprise witness and a shocking eleventh-hour revelation, the case takes an unexpected turn.

Can Damien uncover the truth and protect his clients in a race against time?

Author Rachel Sinclair delivers a suspenseful and thought-provoking tenth addition to the gripping Kansas City Legal Thrillers series, perfect for fans of twisty narratives and complex plots.
