Are you looking to lose weight? If so, then I recommend checking out this weightloss book. It has alot of great information in it about losing weight and sticking to your diet plan the healthy way. I heard about the HCG diet I did alot of research and came across this book and because of the great hyperlinks I was able to navigate thru this book with ease. It explained what the HCG diet is plus helped me get started loosing weight. The recipes are also great.

When my gf first started talking about the HGC diet, I didn't know what to think. I thought she had finally gone crazy. We like to cook together, and I bought a book to try this out. It turns out that she was onto something. But I'm not just going to change my diet because it's the newest trend. So bought this book to learn more about the HcG diet. Needless-to-say, I highly recommend this book to anyone who's considering switching or jus trying the HcG diet.

all i can say that i've lost some weights in a matter of weeks which is not really a usual thing for my other weight loss program. i still eat what i wanted and simple workout that's do-able. everybody's starts noticing my changes and i will definitely talk about this book.

Dieting does not have to mean starving yourself. It simply has to be eating the right kind of food. This book has some great recipes of those and an overall, great weight loss program. This is a great book to help you lose and achieve your desired weight through the HcG diet. I recommend it to anyone who wants to live a healthier, better life!

This HCG book is explained in a very simplified manner. It is such a great read for people who wants to start learning about this book.

This book is very poorly written by someone who does not understand English at all. It reads as though it had been written it another language and then translated by someone with poor fluency. The information is sketchy and unclear. The organization is difficult to follow. The grammer and sentence structure renders it incomprehensible for those wanting to understand a health option that requires strict instructions. Please do not bother with this text.

I wanted more information about the HCG Diet as several friends are on it and are losing weight. Sitting at my desk my bright idea bulb went on and I figured why not download a book to learn more about the HCG Diet. I picked this book because it has a few good reviews and was newly released. I am in my first few pages of the book and I have found numerous spelling errors, odd sentence structure, etc. Please understand, I am the one who is usually being corrected with grammar, spelling, etc. It just concerns me that I am reading a book to learn more information from abook that should have been proofed! I don't blame this on the author per se, don't these books go to an editor or something? Now I don't know if the HCG information in the book has been proofed either. Urgh. Will keep on reading and let you know if the actual HCG Diet makes sense and is on the same lines as my friends.
