    You know, I honestly didn't think vinegar was that interesting until I read this book. From apple cider to herbal blends, this text covers it all including detailed corespondences, histories, simple and effective healing hints, tasty recipes, insights into the famous mediterranean diet, supply outlets, beauty tips, and even vinegar Feng Shui! You would be hard pressed to find a more complete book on this subject.
