Both my parent suffer form periodic sciatica, my mother also suffers from arthritis and chronic pain. This book was very helpful for some at home remedies (stretched and exercises) that they can do. It has helped my mom understand the source of her pain. she used stretches from the book and physical therapy to manage her pain and I've see a big difference.

Great book for short, concise explanation of exercises to promote back health. I bought it due to neck pain/tension and was relieved after following the suggested exercises for only 3 days.
