I love this book is amazing, is like she is talking to me. I learne so much about juicing, if you are looking for a book on how to juice this is it. It does't have a lot of recipe but it shows you how to make alot of differents type of juice and it evens shows you how to use the pulp on recipes, I read it in two days I just can't put it down.

Loved this book and read it cover to cover. It's not just a GORGEOUS book with mouth-watering photos, it has a LOT of information about juicing, and about building juicing as a habit. I don't know why the other reviews said it doesn't have a lot of recipes. There are over 50 recipes, and they are broken down by percentages of fruits and vegetables and then there are the pulp recipes, which most juicing books leave out - so you don't have to waste anything because I don't like to waste any part of my vegetables. The writing style is very friendly and I really enjoyed this book. I am *not* new to juicing and I still learned a lot but if you are new, it's ideal for you too.

The recipes are extremely delicious and easy to make - this is the best part of the book- the author goes on and on about the benefits and I love her writing voice and her gentle approach to teaching you how to juice but the RECIPES ARE TO DIE FOR! Buy this book for the recipes!!!! Oh and the juice fast section at the end , a long chapter that describes the good the bad and the ugly of juicing.

If you are very new to juicing or are not yet juicing and want to get into juicing, this might be a good book for you. If you are already juicing and are looking for lots of healthy recipes, this is NOT the book for you. Most of this book is general information and a LOT of personal opinion. But she does give some good information about different kinds of juicers and what you can and cannot juice. If you are looking for healthy juice recipes for detoxing or weight loss, you need juice recipes that have 80% vegetables. In this book she wants to help you work up to healthy juice and gives 11 recipes for fruit juice, which will keep your blood sugar levels to spiked if you drink a lot of it to loss weight. She gives 15 recipes for fruit juice with some vegetables, and then 26 Healthy juice recipes. So I did not feel that paying over $10 for only 26 recipes that are truely healthy was worth it.
