I loved this book because it used the vehicle of a whimsical story to get across its very important message. Anyone in the business world who follows the story with their calculator in hand is in for a shock when they see how much poor communication may be costing their company. Fortunately, Helen Wilkie also tells her readers what they can do to correct the situation. This book is a small investment that can have huge returns --- my advice is buy it and read it now.

Being in my own business requires crystal clear communication - in meetings with suppliers and clients, I must be clear the first time so that I can ensure the best use of my time - not having to do things twice or explain assignments more than once. Helen's book and Brucie have opened my eyes to where my time and profits are trickling away. I have implemented many of her ideas and will continue to refer to the fable for insight.
