About the Author

My name is Kristen Howe..
I am single mother of five children. Three are grown and I lost them in bitter custody battle. I am raising my two young teenagers. I am 44 years old. I was in 1972. During my life I watched my boyfriend die and lost my mother to mental illness and eventually to death four years ago. I grew up with her in the hospital and raised by my father. I have struggled with all kinds of issues .. I was a victim of child abuse from my uncle, I was victim of spousal abuse by my x husband and sexual abuse by someone who was employed to help me rebuild my life. All those experiences I took and I been writing a series of books called the realm of Enchantians. About women warrior she-elves. About survival and and bravery. Recently my youngest child Amber had a back fused. She was born with challenges and now she perseveres. I have written the books for teenage girls, using my child and myself as example for showing girls they can triumph to through warrior she-elves...
