    A BOOK EVERY MANAGER NEEDS

    During the twenty-three years I spent in management, I wanted a guidebook for boosting employee morale. If this book had been available then, I would have used it enthusiastically--and profitably. THE HIGH COST OF LOW MORALE provides a treasure of ideas that have worked in other organizations.
