For someone beginning, this was an awesome read. Easy to follow and give you all of the details to know where you should start

I was interested in joining the mortgage market, I ended up finding this book in the 1 dollar bin at my local Walmart. I rushed home to read it and was shocked to find that there was little to no content on becoming a high income mortgage broker, but then again it was a 1 dollar book so I should have guessed about the quality of the book. His writing was almost childlike in that his vocabulary was small little and the author was trying to use "big" words (albeit they were used incorrect and often times made the sentence confusing). My suggestion is not to buy this book.

I am a new loan officer and this is one of the several books that I purchased when I started in January. I found this particular book to be a good general information source for a new loan officer. It is concise, clear and informative. I would definitely recommend this as a good basic book for new loan officers.

If you are serious about a career in the mortgage industry, then this is the bible. A must read, a must have!
