    So Useful!!!

If you're looking for a great gift for someone, this is it. This book is not only entertaining, it's actually useful! I received Hip Girl's Handbook recently as a gift, and it has already come in handy. I put the barbecuing tips to the test, and they passed with flying colors. My friends (male especially!) were impressed with my new skills :-) The book is cleverly written, easy to understand, and goes beyond the basics (i.e. those fabulous barbecuing tips). Two thumbs up!

Must pack item for college freshman.

Easy to read and very funny! I needed a gift for my cousin who is a freshman in college this year and on her own for the first time. This book was the exact gift I was looking for. Now, instead of calling me for quick fixes, she's got her answers at her fingertips.
