Expect the unexpected with this coffee table gem:-) Just when you think you've exhausted all your own humor about buying and owning a house Mrs. Cox lightens your load and puts a smile on your face by allowing you to laugh at your self, your efforts and your new life. It's the most expected yet unexpected warm and funny book. I just loved it. Everyone will be getting one for xmas:-) Great read.

The book is adorable, both physically and in content. It does what is says it will do. If you are a home owner, you get a crack out of it. If you are not yet a homeowner, you will be well informed (or warned) by this book! As a real estate attorney, I could imagine suggesting this book to my clients who are taking the plunge into homeownership.
