    most important step to project management

    Michael B. Bender¿s book, Setting Goals and Expectations is both easy to read, and easy to understand. Anyone who manages a project should read this book to better understand the first and most important step to completing a project to the satisfaction of the client. The multiple indexes made information easy to find.
