    Future Imperfect Virtually Perfect

O.k. don't believe the Review From The Publisher - their summary is incorrect. Future Imperfect is about a visitor from the future coming (Rick Jones' granddaughter) coming back and time and getting the intelligent Hulk to come with her and battle the insane ruler of her future, the Maestro, who also happens to be the future version of the Hulk. Anyway, the book is one of the top Hulk stories ever published. Peter David who spent over ten years writing Hulk stories is perhaps the best Hulk writer, past or present and knows how to blend superheroic action with humor. George Perez is the best superhero artist alive today, bar none and his depiction of Rick Jones' 'trophy room' is incredible. If you are a fan of the Hulk, this is a must have for your collection.

Future Imperfect... perfect in every way!!!

In Future Imperfect, in the late 21st century, Janis Jones (great-grandaughter of Rick Jones) leads a group of hopless, rag-tag rebels against the undisputed ruler of what's left of the world, the Maestro. Invulnrability, unlimited strength, a genius level IQ, and a personality that would make Hitler seem like a school girl make the Maestro (Hulk +100 years) all but unstoppable. That is until one day, the rebels uncover a relic from the past that may allow them to travel back in time and bring back the one being capable of stopping the Maestro for all time... the Hulk. Aided by the now ancient and decaying Rick Jones, the rebels succeed in bringing the Green Goliath back with them to face the Maestro and free the residents of Earth from his blood stained grip...or die trying. However, the Maestro has a century more experience at being the Hulk than the Hulk himself and over the years, the Maestro's body has absorbed ambient radiation from the Earth's world wars near doubling the Hulk's already fantastic strength. With the odds stacked against him and the weight of the future on his shoulders can the Hulk prevail against the evil titan or will the Hulk prove to be his own undoing?
