What is an Indigo Child?
There really isn't one definitive answer. In simple terms it is a person with a warrior spirit, always questioning and challenging the ways of the world and has a strong sense of a higher purpose. The name Indigo Child is the gateway that leads you to more answers. The Indigo Child is what I like to call the “system-busters” of our society. They share a collective mission of taking down old, outdated, negative, fear-based, ego-dominated structures and lower conscious related systems to make room for creating a world of peace, harmony, and love for humanity and for future generations to come.
The purpose of this book is to help those seeking guidance.
Here are some questions to which the Indigo Children answer YES.
1. Do you sometimes feel a lot wiser beyond your years?
2. Do you feel alone or isolated in your beliefs?
3. Do you have trouble conforming to the ways of society?
4. Are you a seeker of truth?
5. Do you feel out of place in today's society?
If you read them and you answered YES to at least one of them, then this book might be the answer you've been searching for. Find yourself in a different world, one that understands you and that you understand. And while you're at it don't forget to LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH.

Mama Indigo:
"My whole life I have always felt that I was put here for something really important. One-in-a-million freak accidents seemed to always happen to me starting with the day I was born and well into my adult years, which I would miraculously survive with little to no injury. I received good grades in school but with a constant reprimand of my misbehavior. I rebelled against authority. Always wanted to know “why” and “because I said so,” certainly wasn’t an acceptable answer. I remember being spanked as punishment for whatever it was I did wrong and often the paddle was busted on me because I wouldn’t cry immediately. I still do not understand where this is justified or a lesson learned. I stared at trees and the stars often and always felt a strong connection to animals and nature."

This was a great book for using to explain to kids and beginning indigos on the basics of their abilities and how to protect themselves.  It does a great job of covering the basics without getting too deep in any one particular subject.  Wonderful book and I highly recommend it.

I read the book, after I meet one of the authors, and I got to know more about the Indigo Children. The book is rich in teachings and soul healing techniques. It helps people (the ones that feel a tight connection to the spiritual world) understand themselves and helps them find out that they are not the only ones that have some issues with the empirical world. I highly recommend this book to everyone that seeks guidance in discovering their inner power. The book will give you a good vibe and positive energy.
