Life is a fight. This can be the summary of the book. The book tells us how to fight against the negative aspects of modern life (stress, fears, lack of self-esteem) and win the match. There are self-help books whose message is to have a passive attitude towards life, to let it be. This is not the case with this one. Here you are encouraged to be an active warrior, who fights against his weakness and fears, and succeeds.
