Hello and thank you for visiting. I really appreciate you stopping by and taking a look. I guess in some ways I am an alternative medicine renegade. I talk about topics that, in my opinion, are critical for human health (mental, physical and spiritual). However, many people don't want to hear it because it places the responsibility for their weight and health squarely on their shoulders.

I believe there is a health crisis in our country. We've all heard of the obesity epidemic and how children of grade-school age are being diagnosed with adult diseases as hypertension and Type II Diabetes. And, if the children are ill and overweight, then that means the parents are probably just as bad or worse. Indeed, there is a health crisis. But more than that, there is a crisis of personal responsibility.

Giving in and 'going with the flow' is easy, at least for now. But sooner or later the piper comes around to collect with some sort of sickness, an unexpected condition that suddenly sobers the mood. And the truth can no longer be denied or escaped. That is why I have written this series of books.

I want to use them to carry the message that EVERY weight loss goal CAN be reached with the proper mental artillery and physical preparation. I know what it's like to suffer with obesity and an eating disorder. Food addiction took more than 20
years of my life, and I want to prevent that from happening to anyone else. So here I am for all who care to listen.

Great system for intermittent fasting. I do martial arts and often need to chisel my body to a specific shape for competition. I came across this book and must say that the five-part intermittent fasting structure presented has been amazing. I get to pick which one I want to try, or I can mix them up and go even further. Great structure for quick weight loss, as well as long-lasting weight loss. The book includes diet suggestions on what to avoid while fasting to maximize weight loss. Very helpful. Good book. I recommend it.

I bought this book together with the juice fasting one from the same author. I love the intermittent fasting options that are presented here. My goal is to do a 30-day juice fast, but this book gives me shorter-term alternatives that I can use to still make progress and move toward my goal. The book presents various intermittent fasting structures as well as a combination-one that I find very interesting. I truly believe that the less we eat, the healthier we can be and the longer our lives can be. This book puts it all in simple terms and gives plenty of choices. Good series of books. Helpful and easy to read.
