Great system for intermittent fasting. I do martial arts and often need to chisel my body to a specific shape for competition. I came across this book and must say that the five-part intermittent fasting structure presented has been amazing. I get to pick which one I want to try, or I can mix them up and go even further. Great structure for quick weight loss, as well as long-lasting weight loss. The book includes diet suggestions on what to avoid while fasting to maximize weight loss. Very helpful. Good book. I recommend it.

I bought this book together with the juice fasting one from the same author. I love the intermittent fasting options that are presented here. My goal is to do a 30-day juice fast, but this book gives me shorter-term alternatives that I can use to still make progress and move toward my goal. The book presents various intermittent fasting structures as well as a combination-one that I find very interesting. I truly believe that the less we eat, the healthier we can be and the longer our lives can be. This book puts it all in simple terms and gives plenty of choices. Good series of books.
