Highly Recommended - if you want to break out of your shell!

This book provides introverts with a clear strategy to accomplish any task at hand. Great tips, and successful ways to build on your weaknesses. The planning tips have helped me significantly break through challenges I never thought was possible. I always figured being an introvert was just the way I was and the barrier could not be broken, this book gives you confidence to succeed.

Nothing new though it purports to be

This book has nearly nothing to do with the behavior, characteristics and possibilities for introverts. It is a typical self-help manual for those in business. It translates the creative insights of predecessors into corporate talk designed to be marketed to executives and professionals on the rise. Lots of interviews with others presented as people who have overcome their introvertedness. To which is added the requisite "formulas for success." What a disappointment given the promising title.
