Isometric exercises have always intrigued me so I was excited to pick up a copy of this. The book was well written, engaging, educational, and comprehensive without being too long winded. I loved that each exercise description had an accompanying illustration to help you visualize how to perform it. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the book and the care that went into creating it.  I highly recommend it!

There really is no need to over do it and this book shares it all. I am looking forward to beginning my own path to healthiness. I'm glad to have come across this book. It explains the natural health process to include athleticism.  This is a good bible to have, no matter what age. I can see myself sharing this with others. Our bodies tend to forget which shape we want them to be and this book helps to realize that it is possible no matter what the age or condition.
