    NOT FOR A BEGINNER

    The cookbook is ok, but I was a little disappointed, in that there are no traditional
    measurements used in the recipes. It will say add this to your broth but not tell you
    how much to add or what temp to bake or how long. They are also writte in long hand
    nor traditional recipe setup. I would not buy again.

    Incomplete! Buyer beware!

    Please read recipe thoroughly before trying. Some refer to ingredients that have no measurement and others are not in order. One recipe tells you to brown in oil and season inside and out with salt and pepper. There are no pictures and the recipes are not formatted like a cookbook in print would be. Won't complain loudly since I have spend more money on books I could not be interested in finishing.
