Her journey took her from the teller window to the board table, and through much change in the industry over the years. She draws on her “in the trenches” experience as well as her Executive leadership successes while in her role as Vice President of Sales for Canada’s largest credit union, Vancity, during the time it was named Canada’s #1 Best Place to Work, for two years running.
Johnson’s messages are a result of more than 3 decades of personal study and practical operational expertise, her many years of education and learnings, combined with her strategic leadership focus. She shares what has served her well as a relationship builder herself, as well as someone who led a strong team of over 1000 relationship builders.
