Cherie Calbom in her new book, “The Juice Lady’s Remedies For Stress & Adrenal Fatigue” published by Charisma House gives us Juicing, Smoothies, and Raw Food Recipes for Your Ultimate Health.

From the back cover:  Don’t let stress ruin your health.
Fight back with these all-natural juice remedies.

You don’t have to suffer with the effects of stress and exhaustion. By simply adding more raw food to your diet, you increase your intake of essential nutrients and decrease the harmful effects of stress and adrenal fatigue on your body.

With recipes and recommendations for healing teas, juices, and smoothies, this quick-reference guide helps you naturally repair, rejuvenate, and reclaim your health. You also get valuable tips on stopping stress and adrenal fatigue at the source, including:

    ·          The connection between chronic stress and adrenal fatigue
    ·          Practical ways to lower your stress levels
    ·          Nine common symptoms of adrenal fatigue
    ·          Seven steps you can take to combat stress eating, and more!

Let’s face it we are all under stress.  Some of us only experience mild stress.  Some of us experience stress only when deadlines come due or similar situations.  Most of us are under extreme stress constantly.  When that situation occurs so does adrenal fatigue.  Adrenal fatigue symptoms are you sleep but never feel rested, back pain, sweet cravings, allergies low immune system and others.  There is a healthy way to get out from under the stress and build back up our adrenals.  Ms. Calbom gives us eight chapters devoted to health-minded remedies with a conclusion and notes. The chapters involve stress and food, control issues, chronic illnesses, living foods for vitality and inner peace, choosing healthy accessories in food diets, food meal planning, tips for making juices and smoothies, and recipes.  Now that we know what we are dealing with we can tackle it with knowledge.  Yes having huge amounts of stress and adrenal fatigue is not healthy however the good news is, with a little work, it can be brought back to normal and the need for medication can be eliminated.  If you have or if you know someone who has adrenal fatigue then this is the book to read and use to reclaim health.
