Being a fantasy/suspense story lover, and a Dekker fan, I really enjoyed this short story and look forward to reading the book it introduces. I think it will be an intriguing series to read with others and is very likely to have deep spiritual value.

Read it and now I can't wait to read the whole thing. I love how Dekker is weaving of his other books into this one. Nice thing is, you don't have to read the others to figure it out. It'll definitely whet your appetite for more. I've been a fan of Ted Dekker for years. He never lets me down. His writing is inspired, intense, and inventive. Love it.

This was a not bad e-novella prequel that got me intrigued enough to look into the series. It also helped explain the concept of the Keepers and how they got started.
