You do? Then this book is for you. Here are chocolate facts, and the history of cho9colate from that wonderful day Cortes was served the frothy drink in Aztec golden goblets. Editorial Reviews

School Library Journal
Gr 3-5 Here is an informative and en joyable book for chocoholics and inter ested bystanders. The history, origin, and processing of cocoa, chocolate candy, and other related products are clearly described in short chapters, il lustrated with helpful black-and-white photographs and drawings. Ammon fo cuses primarily on American choco late, but brings information and lore from everywhere. There are a few reci pes, some chocolate poems, and a quote from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory , all in the context of the infor mation being discussed. The format of the book is inviting: the margins are wide, the illustrations are numerous, and the text is broken up by boxes con taining interesting facts. Carolyn Jenks, Oyster River Elementary School, Durham, N.H.
