    Could not finish it . . .

This is the tired story of an unrealistically successful, case-cracking FBI Agent that takes a long-overdue vacation with his family, only to be plagued by a crazed murderer with an unexplained obsession with the Agent. Do yourself a favor and stop there. The story line is clichéish and rote. There is no backstory. The characters are so one-dimensional and lifeless that, as the maniac begins to brutally pick them off, the reader glosses over without care. The writing style is elementary ¿ think fourth grade staccato ¿ so much so, that the murder scenes by comparison are so shocking and grotesque that they seem unreal. ¿ and not in that Bret Easton Ellis America Psycho, crazy train wreck, can¿t look away kind of way ¿ just gross. Add in the meaningless speckling of the ¿f¿ word and gratuitous sex, which the reader can only think the author added randomly to bring the story back to Adult Land, to complete the picture. Skip this one.

    what an outstanding book!!!

This book its really good. It has alot of twists, and really makes you think. Its almost like fitting puzzle pieces toghether to find the missing part. It was a great read. And David Demello is such a great author, dont let his age judge you.
