Overview

The past few years have been a mixture of torture, painful growth and sometimes, pushing its way through all the darkness—joy. I have made friends and allies, brothers and sisters, mentors and...Kainda, who is something else entirely. But someone is missing, someone whose memory saved me from despair—Mirabelle Whitney, my hope. So while the human race prepares to defend itself, I ride toward the encroaching Nephilim army intending to save Mira, return to our feeble base and lead the charge against those who plan to wipe the human race from the face of the Earth.

It sounds like an impossible plan, and maybe it is, but if we’re going to die, we’re going to die like hunters—boldly and bravely. More than that, we’re going to die together, as a united race facing a common enemy. Nationality no longer matters. Ancient grudges are forgotten. The human race must resist as one, or face extinction. And now it falls to me, along with Kainda, Em, Mira, Kat, Merrill, Aimee and Luca, to light the path for humanity in our darkest hour. Harnessing the power of the ancient Jericho shofar, we must prevent Nephil, the most ancient and evil of the Nephilim, from possessing my body and using its supernatural abilities against mankind.

The odds are stacked against victory. The Nephilim out-size, out-power and outnumber us ten to one, but we will fight to the last, the very last, so help me God.

I am Solomon Ull Vincent—the Last Hunter and King of Antarktos—and I am prepared to face my fate.

The Antarktos Saga is now complete! Pick up all five books together and enjoy this epic series front to back without pause. The books, in order, are:
The Last Hunter - Descent
The Last Hunter - Pursuit
The Last Hunter - Ascent
The Last Hunter - Lament
The Last Hunter – Onslaught

And as a bonus, pick up Antarktos Rising, the novel that inspired this series, parallels Ascent and tells the story of Mira and Merrill.

    Passion, Faith, Hope, and Focus

Solomon and Kainda are looking for Mira Whitney. When they arrive at the place where Mira was, she is gone. But she didn’t get up and walk away on her own. Solomon and Kainda follow the trail and run into trouble. Outcasts and not just any outcasts, Nephilim outcasts.

They make it back to the FOB with just enough time to get a little rest. The battle is epic. The Nephilim are clever. At every turn they seem to have the upper hand.

I would recommend reading this book……after the first 4, but you won’t be disappointed if you have picked this one up first.

Epic ending to an awesome tale!

The Last Hunter Saga is the story of a boy who becomes a man under harsh treatment from beings living in the unknown depths of Antarctica who make him their personal hunter- the last one.  And they have grand plans for him...
This series is awesome.  Jeremy Robinson wrote another book, Antarktos Rising, before this one, but  it is its own story.  But not the whole story.  This is the rest, and it is epic.      The best part, in my opinion, is that you can read Antarktos Rising after the 2nd book, Pursuit, and then back to books 3, 4, & 5 to finish it up with an awesome side story interlude that meshes very well and enhances The Last Hunter very nicely and vice versa.  Or else read it before, that works, too.

This book ends one of, if not the, best series I've ever read or watched. I was sad when I finished it. Then I picked up more Jeremy Robinson books, and I was ok. Try Project Nemesis, or Prime
-after you finish this masterpiece of course!

When I found out about this book, it didn't interest me as much

When I found out about this book, it didn't interest me as much as previous books of Robinson's had, I held off on getting it till I was finished with the others. Got the first one and immediately got the rest. This series blew me away, I loved it. What I thought was going to be more of a young adult series was one of the best I have ever read. It sucked me in, I loved each character and couldn't wait for more. Antarktos Rising was the first book of Robinson's I read and what got me hooked, this series sealed the deal. It's beautiful in its detail, funny, full of adventure and a great story. I encourage you to check these out.

You have got to read this one!

If you like action packed story lines, you have got to read this one. Warning though, it is very difficult to put down. The author ties the series up nicely though I hated to see it end. I hope the author starts writing a bit faster because the rate I am going through his books I will run out before the end of summer. I just found this author this year and have already read 8 of his books. He is that good!

This is the last book in the series. I try to read a series from book 1 through to the last which I did do in this series. When I saw the note do to myself a favor and go back to book 1 before reading one of the newer books I paid attention. I only do this when I love the way an author presents the story and gives life to his creations (characters) in the book. I tend to fall into the books and become part of what is going on in the plot. Mr. Robinson does all these things very well. Of course it helps that I like fiction and can except that charaters will have bigger than life abilities. Making Sol abilities connected to the land was an interesting take. His caste system was interesting too. He brought his women characters equal to his males without lowering the abilities. I have started reading another of his series and look forward to being entertained.

Jeremy Robinson never fails to deliver exceptional, edge of your seat books and this one is no different. I was sad to finish the series but it was so good I couldn't put it down. It isn't just a series for teenagers, any fiction fan can enjoy this series.
Jeremy Robinson has become my favorite author and I would recommend his books to anyone.

    Great series

Definitely one of my favorite authors. Very well written. Probably the best series I've read in a while, and the part I like most was that he actually had an end to the story instead of dragging it out for the next 50 books. Fast paced, holds your interest, and keeps you wanting that next chapter.

    GREAT SERIES - MUST READ

What a great series of books. An unbelievable saga. My head spun after a few of them trying to wrap my arms around them. I was very sad reading the 2nd epilogue in the last book knowing was coming to an end. Read these. The adventure alone is fantastic and fun but the true story of grace, forgiveness and redemption is gripping. I am going to strongly encourage my teenage son to read them just for that

And I am not a family member!

Really, I am writing as someone who always enjoys Jeremy's books, but now count him as one of my two favorite authors. This book is the culmination of a wonderful journey.
The combination of excitement, touching emotions, did I say very "I'll just read one more chapter" action, and well developed characters has me looking forward to his next book - oh good, I already bought it!
