Interesting concept, easy to follow and do

The book is easy to read and the "diet" easy to follow. I have not been on this eating plan for long enough yet to know if it works for weight loss, but I can tell that I am sleeping better and less bothered by hot flashes. Interesting that many doctor's don't know about this and are skeptical, but this plan of approach makes a whole lot more sense than the many prescriptions and odd diets that are generally prescribed (which are discussed in the book). If you are looking for a simple explanation about nutrition, hot flashes, energy levels, and anything related to the foods we eat and how our bodies use foods, this book is a good start. I recommend it.
