Overview

Ecclesiastes 3 tells us there is a time for everything.

This "tell all" book is about my life growing up in the small town of Montross, VA. I invite you to journey with me as I take you through the "The Life of Jeff."

As you read, you will discover where and how I was raised...from the times when I was shy, alone, and had low self-esteem, to the time when I changed my image after someone helped me see myself differently. "The Life of Jeff." shares my experiences with finding my first love to the times of love being re-gained. You will read about how I learned honor and dishonor; faith and trust; and how to be a good friend and relative.

Ultimately, after I discovered God's love and found that I needed help from above, you will learn how I was able to stand on my own two feet.

¿Jeffery Johnson¿ This is the mother of Bella and Bella¿s sister

“Jeffery Johnson” This is the mother of Bella and Bella’s sister. I skimmed through this book full of lies and disgrace. I want to personally tell you I do not appreciate you putting my children in some nonsense like this. This is a shame before the GOD you say you dedicated this book to. I pray your wife sees the type of man that you truly are. Now I realize why you never made it with my daughter. I pray for my granddaughter whom was hurt behind reading this book. That tells the true story of what type of father you have always been. Make sure you tell all about what type of father you where to her in your next book. GOD BLESS YOU………

While reading this book, I tried to take into account that the book was being told from the author’s point of view. It seems that he felt his tell all was a story about growing up with low self-esteem and over-coming life’s hurdles. After reading it I am disappointed because I still do not see the purpose. The book was more of a tell all where the author aired his dirty laundry. If this book is supposed to show people how to make decisions that have good and bad consequences, I would say that it did not do that. Definitely leave this one on the shelf.

This book is an EXCEPTIONAL story of someone who wasn't afraid to tell the the truth; even about himself. It made you laugh, it made you cry. I'd highly recommend this book for anyone who have struggles and and have experienced pain from relationships from others. It also tells of how God can take the pain that others have caused and turn it around for HIS glory.
    Great book! A must read!

Reading this book made me realize how people can write stuff that is untrure. This book never had one thin bad to say about the main character "Jeff" although what I do know about "Jeff" is that he has done drugs, drink alcohol and also to this present day have a brother in law that has a disability and is recieving a check that is walikg the streets with no clothes or food to eat. What type of christian is that? Also if he felt like he should have wrote a book that was telling his life he should also make sure that his family issues are more together....

This a good book about growing up with low self-esteem and over coming the hurdles that life can throw at you.  We make friends, lose friends, find love, lose love, and learn that sometimes you have to stand up for yourself.  The book show how we make decisions that have good and bad consequences, but God's direction an choices for our life is so much better.  When we are down, God knows what to say to us to encourage our hearts and renew our strength to continue to run the race.  A good book and brave telling of one's life.
