Overview

Dale Fife, author of The Secret Place, takes readers on another visionary journey into the inner sanctum of God's presence. To experience the mysteries and revelation that Fife has experienced is to know the peace, joy, and rest that can be found only in intimate communion with the Father. Moses encountered the light and fire of the burning bush. On their way to the Promised Land, the Israelites followed a pillar of smoke by day and a pillar of fire by night. The priests of God ministered in the temple with the flame of a lamp stand as their only source of light. Jesus said, "I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life" (John 8:12). God wants all believers to walk in that same light of supernatural revelation. He wants you to transcend human limitations and access the divine realm. Open your spirit to receive fresh illumination, for you are about to have an intimate encounter with The Light Giver.

Meet the Author

Dr. Dale Arthur Fife is a gifted pastor, author, teacher, and musician, with an insatiable passion for intimacy with God. His zeal for the Lord has led him on an incredible journey from his first pastorate of a small rural church in a coal-mining town outside of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, to the co-founding of a large multiracial inner-city church in Pittsburgh. After five decades of ministry experience and increasing requests from others for mentoring and ministry relationships, Dale and his wife, Eunice, founded Mountain Top Global Ministries, a network of pastors, ministries, businesses, and leaders with local, regional, and international impact. As a worship leader in the mid-seventies at the first outdoor Jesus Festivals numbering over 50,000, or in his present ministry speaking in churches, conferences, colleges, and gatherings for leaders and intercessors, Dale's enthusiasm and hunger for God is contagious. His wisdom, maturity, and genuine spiritual concern for others have caused many to regard him as a "spiritual father" in the Lord. His insightful teaching has inspired and blessed believers and leaders in many nations."Doctor D," as he is affectionately called, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed seminary studies at Boston University School of Theology and did graduate study at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. The Doctor of Divinity degree was conferred upon him by New Life College in Bangalore, India. His past Whitaker House titles include The Secret Place and The Hidden Kingdom. His best-selling books, The Secret Place: Passionately Pursuing God's Presence, The Hidden Kingdom: Journey into the Heart of God; and Spirit Wind: The Ultimate Adventure continue to bless and encourage thousands of people around the world to seek a closer walk with Jesus.Dale and Eunice were married in 1963, and have two sons and six grandchildren. They now live in Florida where he serves as the apostolic pastor of SonPointe Church, a growing congregation in Bradenton. The Fifes travel throughout the world proclaiming the good news of God's kingdom and encouraging the body of Christ to passionately pursue God's presence.
