Overview

When Abby and Noah meet, there is an explosive attraction between them that neither can deny...

As a shy, awkward, social misfit, Abby has gone her whole life feeling as though she's different from everyone else and she simply doesn't fit in well with society as a whole. She longs to feel a real connection with someone, and she finally does when she meets Noah.

Unbeknownst to Abby, Noah is from another world and his sole purpose is to hunt down the evil of his people that was unleashed on Earth hundreds of years ago. He's certain he isn't going to be able to return to his home, and anger and the need for revenge are his constant companions. His focus has been eradicating the evil and making them pay for taking his life on his world away from him.

Noah tries desperately to fight his attraction to Abby so he can keep his focus on his mission. But when Abby gets dragged into the evil and mayhem from Noah's world, he realizes that maybe with Abby he can find a home here on Earth...if he can save her in time.

Editorial Reviews

Elise Marion
This book was a great paranormal read. It was by far one of my favorite review books of the year. I loved all of the little plot twists that kept the story going. When it is revealed why Abby has always felt so different, and why she has always been so dissatisfied with her life, I was floored. It was a twist I wasn't expecting, and it was little things like this that kept the story going for me.

WOW! If you are looking for a sexy, interesting, full of suspense kind of book... this is definitely the one for you. It was amazing on many levels; it had my attention from the first page to the last. The storyline was different, not your everyday romance book, but certainly one of the most interesting romantic stories I have read in awhile. The romance was sweet, super sexy and undeniably HOT!

I started this book and within pages I was hooked. I seriously hope there are more books to follow because I would really love to hear the other warriors stories but most of a Hudson.

The first thing I should say about this book is that it has a mix genre feel to it. Although it has a sci-fi element to the storyline, the story took place on Earth and still had a modern feel as well...This is a promising series that I can honestly say if you aren’t a fan of sci-fi / fantasy, this book will get you a bit interested.

The Light With Me by Carly Fall The Six Savior's Series Book 1

The Light With Me by Carly Fall
The Six Savior's Series Book 1
Noah is from out of this world. Literally. He is from the planet SR44. Sent here, to earth, with five of his warrior brothers to recapture twelve escapees from the Colony. Twelve men who are evil to the core. What was to be a quick mission has turned into over two hundred years. Noah is existing not living, that is until he meets Abby.

Abby has never felt that she fit in anywhere or with anyone. When she meets Noah to ask him about the work he does as a criminal profiler with the police she suddenly has a peaceful feeling. Like she's finally come home. Only life isn't that easy and there is more to Noah than meets the human eye.

This was a unique paranormal. The six men from SR44 are given unique warrior bodies for their stay on earth, but those bodies come with certain restrictions. There are life changing choices for our hero and heroine and some unique surprises as well. This first book in the series gives the reader a taste that will definitely bring them back to savor the rest of the stories of these men. The author did an excellent job of creating unique characters and personalities for each warrior.
    **Sexual situations and language.

What I liked: This author weaves a good story, and does so with skill. Noah, who is 522 years old, comes to Earth to capture the criminal colonists who had escaped from their planet that they had been placed on. Once there, he meets Abby. She strikes something in him, even though he is not quite familiar with relationships with Earth women. He fights it, of course, but they are just too good together. As the story progresses, they both learn important things about themselves, and about what they need to do. In sum, I do think this was well written. The author cast believable characters, and the story caught me. And I sure would not mind reading more about these characters.

What I didn’t like: Too much sex, and too much graphic sex. I’d like to see less sex and less relationship development reliant on it, and more other plotty stuff in any book, including this one.

In sum: This is a really good story, one for the sci fi - romance fans, but be advised that there is a lot of sex. For the erotica lovers, this is a 5-star book.

WHAT A FANTASTIC FREE BOOK! This was my first book by this author and if it wasn't free, I wouldn't have given this a try. I am so thankful I did. I loved all the Warriors and Abby and their story was unique. Yes, it has a lot of sex, but I thought it was not of the erotic kind, just loving making at the best. It has a lot of surprises that I was expecting, which makes the story even better. This is a series, and I hope it will be offered as a bundle, but not sure I can hold off waiting for that to happen, because I want to read about the other Warriors. (ljb)

    Waste of time

I found the foul language not neccessary at all. I felt that a horny teenager was bored and wrote this in their journal or diary. I felt the charachters were fake which they technically are but it was just too cheesy for my taste. I expected better enjoyment from this book.

Not a bad read-if you like things a little hot!

A different way of looking at I would say angels and God! Will have to wait to get the rest of the series. A little too much for my account.
