Overview

“The Little Pig Dog Miraculous Jake” is the continuing story of Jake, the little dog who grunts like a pig. After settling into his new home, it seems that Jake’s life has taken a turn for the better. However, it is not long before a medical emergency threatens the life that he had always dreamed of. Through a series of events, Jake and his readers learn of Doctors and Hospitals, hope and prayer, as he finds that he is in need of a miracle. The love of his new family, and the love of this little black dog with the white furry bottom will determine if Jake will make it through and find the hidden talent that his Creator had placed within him. A happy ending follows and thus begins the adventures of the little pig dog Jake and the animal friends that he will meet. This is the second in The Little Pig Dog series of children books and is enjoyable reading for ages nine and up. It is also excellent as a book that can be read to children who are younger. In it they will learn that doctors are not to be feared, and that dreams can come true.

“The Little Pig Dog“ series about Jake, the dog who grunts like a pig include: “The Dog Who Grunts Like A Pig: Jake’s Story” (first book), “Miraculous Jake” (second book), “Jake: Through The Possum Hole” (third book), “Jake’s Snowy Adventure” (fourth book), “Jake's Amazing Rescue” (fifth book), “Jake and the Rescue Club” (sixth book), “Jake and the Pot Belly Bully” (seventh book), “Jake’s Big Birthday Surprise” (eighth book), “Jake and Jasmine: the Little Girl Dog” (ninth book), "Jake and the Adventure of the howling wind" (tenth book), and "Jake and the Holiest Night of All" (eleventh book).

Other published works about Jake are: “JAKE: The Dog Who Grunts Like A Pig” (a non-fiction, short story prelude that introduces Jake, the little pig dog) and "The Adventures of Jake: the Complete Collection".
