    Insights for trading

I enjoyed this book very much. I am not a professional trader. I needed to read this book even though I mainly trade future contracts. I like the professional insights given to what day trading actually represents in the lives of professional traders. The five interviews (at the end of the book) alone are worth the books cost.

A Buffet of Sound Trade Principles

Whether you're a rookie or a vet, there are valuable trade principles to learn (or re-learn). Aside from the very sound trade principles in this book there are also interviews from highly successful traders which I found valuable as well. For the wealth of info found in this book and it's size...it packs a pretty mean punch...buy it! This is a book you can turn to again and again to reinforce trade principles for the serious trader.

Long-Term Day Trader: Short-Term Strategies to Boost Your Long-Term Profits

In the most recent market downturn, I have spoken to many friends who could have used this book. The buy and hold methodology has worked very well for many years. But recent market volatility has been tough on that strategy. If your portfolio is lagging, this is the book for you. You'll learn how to trade around positions while maintaining your long term outlook. If you are the type of investor who likes to review their portfolio more than once a year, you need this book.

Long-Term Day Trader: Short-Term Strategies to Boost Your Long-Term Profits

We each have our own story about a stock we sold too early or held on for too long. If you read this book, you will be able to learn about taking advantage of short term fluctuations while maintaining your long term fundamental outlook. I would recommend this book for any person who has battled with these issues in the market.
