Overview

Our culture today is rich in knowledge of how to lose weight, but bankrupt in applying that knowledge and getting free from overeating. The "obesity rate could reach nearly 40% in five years," reported an article in USA Today (2/7/03). How is it that we can be so knowledgeable yet we are losing ground in the actual implementation of our knowledge? The Lord's Table presents the answer to this question as well as the solution to overeating, right from the pages of Scripture. We must believe that since God made us only God can fix us, and this manual is a compelling call to return to God's Word to find the reasons why we overeat as well as the permanent solution it provides. The principles in this manual will show how it is possible to stop the dieting yo-yo, to lose weight and to keep it off permanently, and most importantly to enjoy the change of heart that will keep you free from overeating. If you are hungering to learn the truth that will set you free from overeating, The Lord's Table is a revolutionary new tool that can be the key to unlock the door to lasting freedom in your life.

Growing closer to The Lord, and Him helping me lose weight

If you want to grow closer in the Lord, and would like His help in losing weight, this is the Bible study for you. It is not a diet book, but a Bible study to teach you how to feed your soul, and not feed your physical body and over eat. With God's help he has been with me every step of the way. I have been doing this Bible study for almost 60 days now, and have lost approximately 10 pounds. I feel more healthy than I have in years, but more importantly I feel closer to The Lord than ever. I highly recommend this important Bible study that shows us our sins in over eating.
