Absolutely the best book on all-around hitting!

I was so impressed with the thoroughness of this book, I bought it for my teammates. Everything is here for the taking -- from the batting basics to specific vision training techniques. Very instructive photo sequences, too. It's also got entertaining quotes, anecdotes, historical tidbits... A+

I've read many..This is by far the best book on hitting around.

From Charlie Lau to Ted Williams. This book gives the pros/cons of each. (And the similarities of each.) This is the 'Ultimate Book of Hitting'.
