I am so glad I found this cookbook. I want to stay away from refined sugar and white flour, and the diabetic cookbooks just don't cut it. The recipes in here are wonderful. They taste good, and almost all have the common kitchen ingredients. I am really excited about the desserts section. I can't wait to try more of the recipes. With most cookbooks, I like only a few recipes and don't use the rest. I just got this book last week, and I'll probably be using 80 or 90% of the recipes. And with this book, I can cook not only for myself, but for my family and friends too, and they can still enjoy the meals. I'd recommend this book to anyone who is trying to improve their diet. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
