I purchased both the book and Nookbook. They are useful for the narrative explanations of what GI is and how foods are metabolized; however, the tables are problematic.  Not much help in the book because the products are difficult to correlate to products available in the US.  No help at all in the Nookbook because the table layout, across two pages, does not display in a useable fashion.  I hope the 2015 version corrects these issues.
