Overview

Five MacKenzie stories in one volume!

DANE

Bad boy, Dane MacKenzie, is coming home to Surrender, Montana. It’s been ten years since he left the woman he loved behind to make a name for himself, and now he’s bound and determined to claim her once and for all.

But Charlotte Munroe has no desire to welcome home the Prodigal Son with a fatted calf. The bitterness of Dane’s betrayal runs deep, and she has no plans of letting him back into her life. Especially since she’s trying to protect the son Dane isn’t aware exists from heartbreak, since she’s sure he’s only going to walk out of their lives again.

THOMAS

Cat Randolph is the best cat burglar in the world. But when a job goes wrong and she’s shot, it’s Doctor Thomas MacKenzie that comes to her rescue. Unfortunately, it’s a lot harder to keep secrets when you’re risking the life of someone you love.

Thomas MacKenzie knows Cat is keeping secrets, but getting her to trust him with them is a slow and steady process. But time isn’t on his side. Convincing Cat to stay in Surrender, Montana is harder than he could have imagined. He just has to make sure that their lovemaking is more addictive than the adrenaline rush she craves.

RILEY

Riley MacKenzie is one of the world’s leading experts on Egyptian artifacts. But when Maggie Lawrence walks into his life with a priceless stolen artifact and bad guys on her trail, he has no choice but to whisk her away to the safety of Surrender, Montana.

Maggie Lawrence takes one look at Riley MacKenzie and sees everything she’s ever craved and always avoided when it comes to men: Adventure. And she knows it’s only a matter of time before she falls prey to his seduction, especially since she’s trapped with him during one of the worst snowstorms Montana has seen in years. But when the enemy finds them, Maggie’s confronted with a past that could destroy her love for Riley forever.

COOPER

Claire Drexel has loved Cooper MacKenzie since she was fourteen years old. But being ten years older, he’s never seen her as anything more than a kid sister. So she decides to take matters into her own hands. It’s not a secret that Cooper is a heavy player in the BDSM scene, and Claire decides what Cooper needs is the perfect bottom to his top. Only she gets more than she bargains for.

Cooper MacKenzie can’t believe his eyes when he sees little Claire Drexel sitting on the lap of one of the most dangerous men he’s ever met. The fool. She’s just walked into the middle of a drug investigation at one of the premier BDSM clubs in the state, and one wrong move could blow the cover he’s been developing for the past three years. He has no choice but to intercede and claim her as his own, but facing the consequences of his actions might be more than even he’s bargained for.

A MACKENZIE CHRISTMAS

Grant MacKenzie is ready to settle down and start a family. The only problem is the one woman he’s interested in doesn’t seem to be ready for the long haul. But fate lends Grant a helping hand in getting exactly what he wants under his Christmas tree.

Meet the Author

Liliana Hart spent five years teaching music in the public education system. She molded America's youth, busted kids for smoking pot in the restrooms, and broke up illicit affairs behind the stage on a regular basis. (Liliana's Addison Holmes Mystery Series, about a small town teacher who gets into a whole lot of trouble, is somewhat autobiographical, but she won't confess to which parts).

Liliana began reading romance novels with all her new found free time, and when she ran out of things to read, she decided to write her own novels. The result was a 150,000 word thriller--a dazzling adventure--where the heroine was a thirty-year-old virgin assassin (Yes, you read that right). She couldn't imagine why people weren't knocking down her door to read it, but she persevered and began writing a second book. She finally got the hang of things, and eventually learned that losing one's virginity wasn't all that romantic after all. All of her books involve some kind of suspense (she just can't help herself), laughter, and a lot of steamy sex.

Since the failure of her first attempt, Liliana's books have won awards such as: The Daphne Du Maurier, The Suzannah, The Linda Howard Award of Excellence, The Maggie, and many others. Her affiliations include Romance Writers of America and Mystery Writers of America. Liliana loves to cook, and is addicted to reading, Internet Boggle, kickboxing, and Bones. She lives in a big, rambling house in Texas with a couple of cats to keep her company. She loves to get emails from readers.

Enjoy the Adventures!

Okay....did i missunderstand something here.? I thought i was buying a set of 5 books! The first story(28 pages) i could sum up in one paragraph! Omg! are women this darn stupid! In 28 pages they had sex 4 or 5 times, maybe more! I don't have a problem with great sex, but shouldn't there be some kind of story also? To me this whole book (which i guess i'll finish) is such a ripoff!! It's 5 stories that total 145 pages in all!!! Barnes and noble should be ashame of themselves and the author also for cheating hard working people. They sure didn't make me buy this book, i understand that......and it wasn't expensive but i sure feel taken. Gspatterson

If I could give zero stars, I would.

What a hot load of $6.99 garbage. Seriously, a 37 page "novella" is a short story, not a novella. If only I could get my money back, I would. This really pisses me off.

    Cringe-inducing crap written by a 6th grader!

Cringe-inducing crap written by a 6th grader! First, a gripe: in what parallel universe do 6 'books' equal 150 pages???? Dane, the long-traveling brother, shows up in town and crosses paths with the love of his life he left behind. She throws a wrench at him and within hours, by that evening, they are having mind-blowing sex and planning to get married. Next up, Thomas, the doctor brother comes across an amnesiac car accident victim, stitches up her thigh wound and has mind-blowing sex with her before he finishes stitching her and decides she’s the love of his life even though they don't know her name… Clearly ethics and the Hippocratic Oath are not things Liliana Hart has ever considered. Cooper, the oldest brother, is the town sheriff and has a town-provided apartment upstairs from the sheriff's office, tricked out as a BDSM dungeon. Have I convinced you yet? The rest of the 'books' are just as bad and poorly conceived. I am pissed that I wasted money on this - all I can do now is try to stop others from wasting theirs.

    Horrible

I wish I could give this a negative 1 star. Luckily I borrowed this from a nook friend. It was all srx, no character development, no real plots, and no substance. And the very first story was so short........I wonder why this collection wasn't free. I try to give authors the benefit of the doubt, but in this case, I will never read from this author again. Horrible work with these "books."

Yes the first few books are short...honestly they should have been a FREE read but since the story line was HOT I will forgive the author. Reading the entire series of books I am hooked and can't wait for Shane's story.

    Needs more plot/story development

I liked the characters and the writing style but what put me off was the lack of story/plot development. I know they are novellas but seriously they could have been a lot longer and still been novellas. Instead of going for the quick sale Liliana should have taken more time and developed each one a lot more.
