Rajen Jani was born on Monday, 27th April, 1964, in a Gujarati Brahmana family, in India. He grew up studying the Vedas and other religious scriptures of the Hindus. His academic qualifications include MA(Eng), MA(Soc-I), PGDBA, DCADP, CCHT, CCMT, NCC'C' No.2 Bengal Air Squadron. He is a writer by profession and has been writing in English, Hindi and Gujarati languages, since the past several years. He has written numerous stories and articles under his own name and as a ghostwriter, he has penned dozens of books. Some of his published writings can be viewed at his website: www.rajenjani.com. Besides writing, he is also interested in Hindustani classical singing, painting, cinema, theater, flying, and traveling.
