I started the 16-week weight loss program three weeks ago (still in Phase 1) and so far so good... I have lost enough weight to keep me motivated. Some of the theories are controversial and are against popular believe but I think they're worth reading and learning about. My only suggestion to the writer would be to give more options for lunch (it's always a salad and that can be boring at times... one has to be creative with the dressing and ingredients). Once I started I felt better on week 1 (i.e. more energy, better bowel movement, my skin started to look much better immediately). It is very interesting the way the author divides the type of people according to the eating needs (i.e. meat and potato types) making it easier to comply with the diet. It is worth trying.

I thoroughly enjoy reading this book. The author defines how a person can achive desired weight loss offering concrete suggestions on eating and exercising. There are testimonials and a list of where to obtain the foods suggested in the book. It is simple and easy to follow.

Isn't this the same book Perfect Weight America that came out in 2007 with a different title? What if someone unwittingly ordered this book online only to realize they already had this exact same book?
