This step by step guide walks you through the abc's of commercial brokerage and is just chock full of useful information using today's technology. Its fresh, its current for the times, and I couldn't put this thing down. I read it cover to cover in a 24 hour period!!! A+++ Highly recommend.
I bought this off the shelf at Barnes and Noble and have to say it is worth many times the modest cost I paid. This isn't a book in the true sense of the word -- it is like the title says -- a guide. I yellow lined many sections of the book and have already started to use the 20 week timetable. This book is a no nonsense guide to assembling and selling a huge inventory of real estate --without laying out a penny. I recommend this guide to any real estate agent or for that matter any investor or potential investor.
