• Lost a total of 62 lbs using the "Lose It" program. Lost 14.8 lbs in the first two weeks, and then continued the same program. Took 8 months to lose 62 lbs and has been maintaining for several months since.

    Helpful!

    This book is helpful in keeping a complete tract of foods that I eat throughout the day. Snacking is a habit that I'm trying to break. Keeping a journal of my eating habits is helping me see when, how much, and what I eat. I had no idea how many calories and fat grams I was consuming until I started using this Diet journal. After two weeks of using this tool, I have lost 2 lbs. My goal is to lose one pound per week, which is reasonable and obtainable.

    Great addition to the Mayo Clinic Diet Book

    The journal is a great addition to the Mayo Clinic Diet Book. It is already formatted in an easy to use way to record everything throughout the day from meals to activities. There are also suggestions as to how to make the necessary changes to your life style so that you can take off the extra weight and keep it off. Great purchase.

    Great Tool!

    This is a great companion to the Mayo Clinic Diet book. Together they make learning to eat healthy and sensible simple.
