    I want my entire family to read this book!  Somehow understandin

    I want my entire family to read this book!  Somehow understanding the science behind my feelings has made all the difference in how I respond to stress in my life. It triggers an immediate recognition of the physiological response that is automatic and outs me in the driver's seat, knowing that I can choose my thoughts and my response and dodge those "black holes" that Dr. Sood talks about in his book. If children could be taught these principles early in life, it would change the world. I know I am much stronger because of reading this book and as a result, I am better able to support others who are struggling.  Thank you Dr. Sood!
